We did the full day tour and experienced amazing scenery, beautiful remote beaches, tried various forms of bush tucker, snorkelled, fed fish and rock wallabies, saw koalas in the wild and finished off with sparkling wine and nibbles watching a beautiful sunset. On the way back we also saw fireflies which resembled sparkling xmas lights on all the bushes. Ziggy was a font of knowledge and felt like a friend rather than a tour guide. Could not fault this day at all.

Last Wednesday I did the full day tour. They picked me up from my accommodation at 10.10 a.m. and dropped me back at 7.30 p.m. It's a long day but so well worth it. The day included morning tea (coffee tea cake) and afternoon nibbles at sunset (sparkling wine, cheese crackers etc). We drove all over the island and saw mangroves, went to all the bays and beaches, saw wildlife (rock wallabies, koalas etc) in their natural surrounds, local flora was shown and explained to us, a lot of history of the island was also explained. There was an 1.5 hour break for lunch at Horseshoe Bay. In the afternoon we drove to all the bays that vehicles that are not 4WD can't get to and then the day finished with driving to West Point and watching the sunset with the aforementioned sparkling wine and nibbles. We then stopped to find fireflies on the way home. A perfect day! Could not recommend this tour highly enough. It was fun and informative. I also could have swum and snorkled (stinger suit would be provided) but I chose not to do these activities.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. We had limited time on our road trip down to Brisbane. We didn't want to Magnet Island we felt a tour would give us a good feel for the Is. The tour with Ziggi was wonderful and so interesting. We even had an up close experience with wild Kola and baby. Thanks s much for a lovely tour. Morning tea home made cake amazing !

We really enjoyed our tour of the island with Sigrid and her yellow limousine!

Not only did we see all the beautiful beaches and look out points but also learnt about aborigine lore, bush tucker and the geography and history of the island.

The timing was perfect in that we arrived at West Point in good time to see and photograph an exotic sunset... and enjoy a picnic and sparkling wine surrounded by beauty and birdsong.

Thank you. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful day. Ziggy is so friendly, accommodating and informative. We felt we really knew the island by the end of the day, and really enjoyed the many special things we got to do, and the stretch jeep is remarkably comfortable, fun and practical.
