The view from the gardens is beautiful! The bird tour was stunning. The birds are so cute and loved getting fed. Mark was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the birds, and seemed to really enjoy his job - even cracking a few jokes. Holding the birds up near the office is an experience not to be missed. The scones are the best scones I have had in a long time. It was also fun hiring a golf buggy for my group.

Something for everyone to see and do here. You can walk around the gardens at your own pace or even hire a golf buggy if you'd prefer. Good chance to get up close and personal with some amazing birds and finish or start the day with some delicious scones. Plenty of hidden gems to see in the gardens. Definitely pack the camera!

We took a trip here with my two children and my parents from overseas. It was a very wet raining day, but the gardens were still spectacular, with heaps of lovely gazebos to hide out in during the down pour. The lovely owners also came round and delivered umbrellas to us during our walking adventure. I can imagine on a clear day the views would be spectacular and you would want to spend hours here just enjoying the sights and atmosphere. Bring a picnic blanket and a picnic, although there are also many benches and tables to soak it in from. We will definitely be back!

These gardens are a delightful surprise as you drive through the hinterland of incredible views and peaceful emerald green cattle land. The gardens have only been created in the last ten years but show an unexpected maturity which will only improve each year. The views of the glass mountains from the terraced gardens are truly magnificent. There is a fairyland for the children, wedding gardens. ponds, creeks and charming waterfalls and many large gazebos to find shade on the sunny days or shelter for the sudden showers. So many walkways , bridges and separate gardens allow for peaceful meandering.
Just a small word of warning.... If it has been a particularly wet season you may find some grass areas rather muddy and slippery. wear old shoes ! For those that are less inclined to walk the hills, there are small carts to rent.
The birds are especially fun and extremely people friendly. They sing and are happy to climb on you with the help of the property owners who are most accommodating.
This is one not to miss!
