We have been there a couple times and each time it has been good to great. Enjoying a great meal with our family on Jan. 2nd, with good conversations and a no-holds-barred, get what you want approach we enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, several of the steak options and the surf and turf, a bottle of wine with dinner. The servers were terrific, and the wine pairing was my own choice. I did get re-directed away from a wine that might have been to tannic for our meal. Being really discriminating the lobster tail was a bit overcooked but the steaks all around the table were perfect and the semi-family style vegetables were perfect. Sign me up again, we will be back.

Food was exquisite, prepared well and presented well. Portions were larger than expected for this sort of place. Great decor. Tables not too close together, booths along the side generously spaced. Superb service and attention. Did not have to wait long for delivery of our order.

If you can afford the prices, this is a great selection.

I realize this sounds like a content-free review. But there really is no detail to complain about. If you don't mind the prices, a nice casual formal venue.

We love Ken Stewart's Lodge for excellent fish and the occasional Lodge Burger. Five of us had great fish dinners. My grandson had the burger which unfortunately came between extra well and burnt. We asked for a redo cooked medium. The rest of us finished our meals while he waited and waited. Finally another extra well done burger arrived. He loaded it up with ketchup and ate most of it. No one checked if we were satisfied. I noticed other reviewers had similar problems with overcooked beef.

Went for a bday party. Decor reminded me of Maine. The Australian lobster tail was a bit rough compared to when I have had it in the past and my brother's steak was overcooked. But in general food was good but a bit pricey.
