The Hyatt is so conveniently located in the heart of downtown. We were here two nights. We parked on arrival and did not use our car again until we left. So many things to do within easy walking distance. They are adjacent to the East Fourth Street Entertainment District (across the street), which has many bars and restaurants - fun. Jack's Casino is on the edge of this distance - walkable. They are also roughly a ten minute walk to Quicken Loans Arena, home of the Browns football team. We were in town for a Browns game. It was an easy walk. Also walkable is the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum - perhaps three quarters of a mille. The hotel, for me is great, as I love old historic buildings. This hotel is a tremendous Victorian-era, excellent architecture building constructed around an Arcade shopping atrium. Walking around the interior of the hotel, you can imagine back decades to the old glory days of the hotel. Your imagination is aided by some old photos posted in the Arcade area. Even today, the Arcade is used for Special Events and Weddings. The rooms have been modernized. They are large, clean, quite and restful. Some rooms have views of the city while others overlook the Arcade. They have contemporary decor, vaulted ceilings and flat-screen TVs, WiFi and laptop-size safes. The bathroom was also large and clean. We had a regular room but I understand that their available suites have separate living areas, floor-to-ceiling window and bathrooms have granite tubs. The have several dining options in the Arcade area - 1890 Restaurant, 1890 Lounge, Pizza 216, The Chocolate Bar (which offers lunch, dinner & desserts), Boney Fingers BBQ, a coffee bar and others. They have a 24-hour fitness facility, full-service spa, business center and event space. Arriving at the front entrance, valet parking is available. Or, a couple self park garages are not far. Upon entering take the elevator or stairs up one floor to the "lobby" level. Reception was excellent - very friendly, informative, fast and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We have stayed here on several visits to Cleveland. Very nice hotel inside the historic Cleveland Arcade building. Location is convenient to Playhouse Square, The Arena and Progressive Field. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment venues just across Euclid Avenue on East 4th. Our only issue this last stay was the valet who parked our car had a leaky ink pen in their pants pocket leaving a nasty stain on my drivers seat that I did not discover until arriving home.

This was the perfect venue for a wedding with many guests from out of town and "across the pond". The Arcade is spectacular and the location gave our British guests a wonderful Cleveland experience without the need to rent a car or drive on the "wrong" side of the street. The catering was the best I have experienced. And our wee dog was welcomed and pampered as completely as the two legged family members. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Stayed here recently while attending a conference. Very close walk to the convention centre, football stadium and restaurants of 4th street. The room was large with very high ceilings and a comfortable bed. It was extremely hot outside, but the a/c worked well and best of all the fan did not cut in and out all night long. The arcade is a beautiful building it is just a shame that it is minimally occupied, in another city it seems like it would be full of high-end boutiques.
