Four of us dined at Kingfish for dinner. The menu is not overwhelming in selections but it caters to seafood and none seafood diners. Lobster Bisque and Oysters Rockefeller are better at their sister restaurant Blue Point Grille in Cleveland. The fish special of the day was Barramundi, and it was well prepared and very good choice.

The waiter was very congenial and very informative. He did a nice job answering our questions and making recommendations.

The interior of the restaurant is very tastefully done, simple but attractive.

We went to Kingfish for our anniversary on a Wednesday evening. We were admonished by the manager for not having a reservation..really on a Wed. We were seated at a booth..be careful ..there is a step ..booth is raised. Our favorite waiter Tim waited on us. He is terrific. He helped us pick the perfect wine for our dinner. He is everything a waiter should be..professional ,knowledgeable and friendly. My husband loved his meal of jambalaya. My pork ribs were fatty and I didn't like the cole slaw. The bread was delicious and also very good appetizers of shrimp and calamari.I have had the cod in the past and it was excellent. The décor is modern urban..very nice. The manager came over and talked to us but it felt forced and not friendly. Overall,it is a good restaurant for special occasions.

Last night, myself, my husband and another couple had a wonderful dining experience at Kingfish in Copley, OH. Three of us enjoyed the bluepoint oyster appetizer, and then dove into delicious dinners. I had the wild Pacific salmon with quinoa, snap peas, roasted peppers, honey lemon vinaigrette. Jeffrey and Matt had the Shrimp & Scallops Sauté with all w/green beans, mashed potatoes & lemon butter, and Dar enjoyed the snapper special. All were divine, served by Mark, who was extraordinary, attentive, and prepared to make excellent suggestions for drinks, wine and dinners. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, yet elegant. Dress is 'business casual', but men can wear dressy shorts, no cut offs or t-shirts. What a great evening we had - Mark is super.

We visited Kingfish last night for the first time because of a recommendation by a friend. Kingfish was a delightful surprise with many interesting choices of seafood on the menu. The waitress was very prompt in taking our drink order and brought them out in a timely manor. My husband had a Vieux Carre made with a Colorado barrel aged whiskey that was smoky with just a hint of sweetness. The wines by the glass were well chosen and paired well with our dinner. We started with lobster bisque and oysters Rockefeller and enjoyed both very much. The entree choices made for a difficult decision. The lobster crusted cod with a light pepper cream and fingerlings were my husband’s pick and mine was the seared tuna with a shitake bok choy stir fry with slightly spice Thai chili sauce. After exchanging bites several times we decided both preparations where very nice. The portions were generous and dessert would have been too much. After hearing it was our first visit, the manager came to our table to thank us for coming and explain the restaurant group that Kingfish is a part of. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Really good, expensive. Waiter Timothy was excellent. Will return. Shrimp cocktail was very enjoyable and presented well. The platter was delicious and one of the specials with walleye was delicious as well. The berry salad was good, but the Caesar was tastier. No room for dessert, maybe next time.
