From the moment I arrived at this hotel I was welcomed by all the staff, they were all so lovely and friendly! The hotel is located right in the middle of everything, the beach is a 30 second walk away and shops literally across the road! The outside of the hotel looks clean and really lovely, there is places to sit and eat outside as well.
When you get inside there is a bar with an amazing view, a tv and quite a few tables to sit and enjoy. The place is so clean and kept tidy at all times I could not see one single thing that was dirty which is really amazing! The downstairs toilets were immaculate and kept clean all day and night. There is a restaurant which we did not try this time however the restaurant looked nice to sit in, we did not eat as we felt there was not much choice on what to eat and we did not think we would enjoy anything on there, as well as the price was a bit much in my opinion.
When we checked in it was super easy and we had a really lovely woman who helped us as we did not book parking but she sorted that out for us! (Remember to reserve parking as you will not find a space and will have to pay in another car park near beach) we got our keys and she offered to take our bags and help which was really lovely, I wish I got her name!
The rooms are amazing!! Me and my partner had a standard double room and it was spacious clean and the furniture and interior was really elegant. There was not one spec of dust anywhere not even on the top of tv and wardrobes. The carpet has been kept clean and everything was tidy! They have towels for you and a heated towel rack which is a lovely addition, as well as in the bathroom there is a light up mirror. There is a lot of space in wardrobes for you to keep clothes, a hairdryer and fan also kept inside them.
Overall, we were really happy staying here and I believe it was the nicest hotel I have ever been too! The location is brilliant and the staff are all amazing.
