This is a lovely hotel 3* hotel. A bit dated but clean with lovely beds and pillows. Good position for the sights of Norfolk. Food was lovely, wel cooked and nicely presented. Staff were very friendly. Dogs are welcome for £10 per night Extremely reasonable prices.
Sadly the hotel needs renovation and the rooms are tired and scruffy. Gaffer tape over the carpets. Cleanliness of rooms is dubious. Check in was not the friendliest of welcome. The senior clerk was more interested in teaching a new member of staff
A nicely positioned hotel in the middle of Swaffham, quiet rooms but poor restaurant service. Cooked food was average and plenty of it. The hotel generally could do with a make over. Plenty of parking on site.
Was a nice stay and staff very friendly and welcoming . Good value too . Breakfast was really nice and fast service .
Booked evening Sunday meal after fairly long day travelling. Didn’t want too much to eat and so had familiar fall back - ham eggs and chips. We will never order this anywhere else again, this had to be the BEST ham egg and chips in the world ! Ham cooked by them, eggs gorgeously yellow and chips to die for
