“Excellent, romantic cottage”

We stayed in this cottage for a week, we arrived during Wymondham carnival where most of the roads were closed but the owners gave us very good directions on how to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was very clean, well decorated and comfortable, compacted but with everything you would need in a holiday cottage. It was situated just on the edge of Wymondham, which is a lovely little town with some very nice places to eat. A very pretty cottage and ideal for a couple.

“Utterly wonderful”
Reviewed May 10, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the cottage. It is small but perfectly formed and ideal for a couple retreat. Wymondham is lovely and a perfect base for exploring from. We loved it!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Cannot recommend this place enough!

“Cosy Christmas Retreat”
Reviewed December 26, 2014 for a stay in December 2014

We have enjoyed our Christmas break in an excellent period cottage which has been nicely refurbished to make the most of the space. The log fire was lovely, the facilities were excellent for cooking our Christmas Day dinner. The welcome pack was an unexpected treat.

“Romantic retreat”
Reviewed August 31, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Our 3 night stay in this beautiful cottage lived up to all our expectations. The cottage is cosy and very comfortable. (I would recommend you take a pair of slippers as the ground floor is tiled). Very well equipped. Close to local shops and a good selection of restaurants, pubs and tea shops. We would recommend The Green Dragon and The Mad Hatter's tea room.

“Perfect!”
Reviewed August 3, 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Fantastic 2 night break at 50 Damgate Street, we have stayed at many apartments and cottages in the UK and abroad and this was excellently presented and everything you needed was catered for. Very close to the high street and all its amenities including a great restaurant the 'Marrakech' which we can highly recommend. Will definitely revisit soon!

Enjoyed a perfect short break in this delightful cosy cottage. Immaculate and spotless everything has been thought of from the guest’s point of view with great attention to detail. Wymondham is a great location and we enjoyed a good rummage around the second-hand bookshop and the antique shops. Close by The Green Dragon is a beautiful old pub with good food. There’s a great fish and chip shop nearby too.

“Perfect in every way”

The cottage was everything we hoped it would be; comfortable, cosy, tastefully decorated and quiet. Bose sound system and LG Bluray system were excellent. It was great to have somewhere off the street to park the car and the town itself was pleasant to have a stroll around. Local sausages, fresh eggs and the wood-burning stove reminded us of home (not our London home). It was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Laura.
