“What a place.”

Jumpin jacks funhouse

I heard about this place randomly through people at work and on a cold rainy day we decided to take our 18 month old son to have a play. It's clean, well maintained and bright. A very modest entry fee meant all 3 of us were in for 4 pounds, You can't bring your own food it, but they have a very well priced cafe so that's not anything to worry about. I just wish I was more healthy so I could keep up with my boy.

We had a few hours to kill whilst visiting family nearby so decided to give Jumpin Jacks a try. Really great value compared to other soft play places we've visited. Big enough for there to be plenty to do, but small enough to be able to easily keep an eye on an energetic 2.5 year old. Kids lunch box was good value too. Would return if we find ourselves in the area again.

We went with our friends to jumpin jacks they had been before but I hadn't. When we walked in there was no one to greet you they appeared about 30 seconds after we had opened the door. We paid and went in there was not any tables big enough for all of us so had to have 2 separate ones. Children went off and played and had fun. The place it's self is clean and there are lots of activities for children to do. While there we all had a drink but again nobody to greet you for a start after looking round it appeared that they were round a table chatting possible staff meeting??? We decided about 3.30 that we would start to get ourselves ready to go home it took al little while to get the children to come get shoes and coats on, while we was doing this the staff memebers were already cleaning and tidying tables, cleaning toilets and emptying rubbish bins but they opened until 5. We will have to try another day and time to see how we get on.

Great place to wear the children out! Always clean, great play equipment. Friendly staff and great food children's lunch boxes are a big winner! A cheap few hours out that keeps the children amused for ages.
