Been to Annley house 3 times and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly, the tea room itself is bright, clean and well decorated.
Food is very nice and presented well. Usually a good selection of cakes on offer, recommend the coffee walnut cake.
Prices are a little on the expensive side, so its definitely a treat, not a regular 'pop in for a cuppa' kind of place.
Plenty of parking.

This little tearoom was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and fresh. Staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. The cake - I had chocolate - was to die for! There was also a wide range of herbal teas. Definitely worth a visit - highly recommend

had heard so much about this place and decided to visit. we ordered a brunch and bacon sandwich to share. we thought for the price we would have free range eggs, decent sausages etc. this was not the case, the sausages appeared to be cheap ones and the eggs were not at all tasty. tho the bacon sandwich was big there was only 2 strips of bacon in it making it all very doughy.

we also had a milkshake that whilst nice had about 2 inches of squirty cream on top with sprinkles on top of that. if we had known that we wouldnt have ordered it.

the staff were very pleasant and the surroundings nice but at more than £20 for not particular good food we wont be returning
