I’ve stayed in some so called classy hotels that charge top dollar for a few extra biscuits and two types of shampoo in the bathroom. If you want a place that offers a clean environment, a decent shower/bath, a comfortable bed and a good sized room, with tea and coffee then you won’t go far wrong with this hotel.

There are tons of inexpensive places to eat close by, a good shopping centre and the Parking isn’t expensive, we parked all night, had a chilled out breakfast and a wander around the centre - parking fee was three quid -

It was quiet, and I have to say I’d happily book up again. We booked early, got a good price for the night and to be honest it was as good as many of the so called four star places, the staff are pleasant, can’t fault it really. Well done Travelodge - satisfied customer.

We stayed for leisure and had breakfast. It is excellently located in the town center. The customer service was very good and breakfast was lovely. . We didn’t use internet this time but we did last time and it was a great connection. I would highly recommend staying here.

So we stayed for 2 nights a family of 4. The beds were ok not the most comfortable but they were clean. The room and en suite were clean too. We had a room at the back and the noise from the generator was going all night and as it poured with rain there was a racket every time the rain hit the tin roof. We had to open the window the room was overly warm but had to close it again because of the noise. I wouldn’t say the noise would put me off coming here again and for the price it’s bad to complain. We didn’t have food here so can’t comment. The staff were lovely too
