Look no further when food at the right prices/ quality is required. Good service, very pleasant staff and a good selection of beers and wines. Meet up with family and friends ,try the Pensioners Specials, excellent value.

Room tip: all rooms similar as regards size, quietness.

Hastily planned night away. Good value, very dated room which was clean and as expected. Bed, Shower and TV were good and breakfast was great.

Late night pub didn't bother us, everyone very friendly.

If you fancy a night out in Clitheroe give it a go!!

Stayed here for a concert at the Grand so wanted to be within walking distance. These are standard old fashioned pub rooms so if you are after boutique then it's not for you. Yes it could do with modernising but of course if you are not here to spend the whole time in your room then you can't got wrong.
Its slap bang in the middle of the town centre with free parking in their courtyard and everything is in walking distance - train station, pubs, restaurants and shops etc. The room has everything you would need and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was a full (& large) cooked meal with help yourself fruit juice cereals and even a selection of newspapers.
At weekends there's a disco in the bar but they did email us in advance and it was no bother to us.
Great location if visiting Clitheroe and surrounding area.

Looking for somewhere to come for lunch in Clitheroe. After walking through the town, stumbled across this place. Not disappointed at all.
Cheese Pie and Lasagne were ordered, both very tasty. Friendly staff too.

This is probably the best place to go in Clitheroe without people staring at you. Ale ok (but not much on) didn't try any food. Staff seemed friendly and it's a decent size. It's the only place in Clitheroe that I had more than one pint in.
