What a lovely place to stay, the B & B was Lovely, only stayed one night for a concert at Bleinham Palace, the room was lovely and bright, had a lovely cooked breakfast on sunday xxx will definitely stay again when visiting local area
We were happy to make your concert experience a great occasion.
The B&B building itself was beautiful. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was superb plenty of choice all really tasty. The rooms we stayed in were exceptionally clean and the beds very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.
Thank you Ryan, we look forward to seeing you again.
This was one of our favorite places to stay in the UK. Liked it so much we extended a night. Great base for visiting Oxford, the Cotswold or Blenheim Palace. Host was very gracious and helpful. Greeted us by making a pot of tea. Nice full English breakfast in morning. Room was older but very clean and comfortable. House and grounds are lovely. Great value. Would stay here again.
Thank you Kevin, we are glad you enjoyed your visit.
We enjoyed our week at Gorselands Hall and thank Lisa for her detailed travel directions for our daily visits to places of interests. We highly recommend this B&B for a holiday and would certainly return.
Thank you for your review, there is certainly plenty to see in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at Gorselands Hall. It was a lovely gesture by James to welcome us with tea and cake on our arrival. The premises are excellent as is the location. Blenheim Palace is only 7 miles away and Oxford only 12 miles. Burford, known as the gateway to the Cotswolds, is 10 miles away. Our double room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a decent size shower room and toilet. We decided to eat out in the evening in Witney which is just 3 miles away. We had an excellent two course meal in Italian restaurant- all 'Angelo. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. We slept soundly at Gorselands Hall as it is in such a quiet area. There was a variety of fruit, cereal and juices at breakfast followed by a full English breakfast that really set us up for the day. A real bonus to stay here is that parking is very easy as this is not always the case when you book a place in one of the villages. If we are in the area again we would have no hesitation in booking Gorselands Hall. We would certainly recommend it to anyone as you can be assured of a very good welcome from James and Lisa. One final point is that Gorselands Hall is sensibly priced.
Thank you Alan for your excellent and detailed review. We are glad you enjoyed you visit so much.
