We had an excellent time. 20 of us arrived to celebrate a 60th birthday. The staff couldn't have been better, friendly, helpful and the service was prompt and flexible. The room (we had a coach house room) was very well appointed with all mod cons and a view to die for. The food was great and as others have said the wine list was far better than one might have expected. I will be recommending it to others as a splendid find that they will enjoy as a quiet get away that caters for you rather than having a fixed system from which they will not deviate to cater for the individual. Many thank to all at Pen-y-Dyffryn
