Hi Jane, really glad you had a good stay. We would love to welcome you again, many thanks, Jayne
We stayed here for a couple of days in september. The Lodge has a lovely home
from home feeling in a tranquil location. We will definitely visit again.
Thank you Shirley for your kind review, we would love to welcome you again
We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin has everything you need and is well laid out. The garden is lovely and peaceful and the views from around the park are stunning. The swimming pool is brilliant with young children - warm and not overcrowded.
The decor of the cabin is a bit kitsch and not to everyone's taste and there is a musty damp smell in the back room but on the whole a great place to stay. We'd love to go back!
Thank you for your review and glad you had a nice time. We would love to welcome you again. In regard to the "musty' smell in the back room, not sure where you mean and we have had no other observations in regard to this. When we checked we could not smell anything, sometimes if we have a tight changeover day then the cabin just needs a bit more airing that is what I can think of. If it gets raised again we will investigate further. See you again soon!
Kind regards, Jayne
Perfect location for exploring this beautiful area. Loved the view from the cabin and on site pool and walk to stunning beach.
Hi Kathryn, glad you enjoyed your stay
We stayed at Briards as it was recommend by friends who had spent some time here last Summer. Two adults, two children and two dogs, we had lots of space and were very comfortable and cosy. The setting is beautiful and very relaxing, excellent local walks and the beach nearby. We made good use of the swimming pool and recommendations of where to eat, our favourites were the Bell Inn and Bicknoller. Loved the walk from Dunster and the train ride from Blue Anchor. Would recommend to families especially if you have dogs as this has to be the most dog friendly place/area I've been. Thank Jayne for sharing your holiday home, hope to visit again
Hi, thank you for your nice comments, glad you all had a great stay and would love to welcome you back in the future, kind regards, Jayne
Stayed here in October for 3 night break with wife, daughter and dog.
The cabin was very comfortable and well provisioned with all you need.
Lovely garden area surrounding the cabin with direct access to the large field, ideal if your travelling with a pet, our dog loved it or if you enjoy walking in the beautiful woodlands.
Plenty to do in the surrounding areas, we will be booking again.
