We have stayed in the hotel several times now and cant rate it high enough for value and service , tge staff are always pleasant and helpful . Tge breakfast is always freshly cooked and generoys and the staff at breakfast , Jack , Sharon and les cant do enough for you , a great way to begin yiur day
The room etc was standard Premier Inn - clean and tidy. Shout out to the very friendly staff, especially the lady who looked after us at breakfast - she was excellent! Many thanks
Great stay once again at Washington premier inn! Favourite premier inn to stay at. Team welcoming and friendly, nothing too much hassle for them. Food and service excellent. Special thanks to Jack, Sharon and chef, Chris. Will be returning for another visit. Michael, Julie and Ben C.
Not the best stay we have had. Room smelled of smoke. Night receptionist agreed but did nothing about it. Hair drier mediocre. Cheap shower curtain. Only way could watch the television with a crick in my neck. Didn't have their breakfast as last time we stayed here it was awful. Rooms have gone down hill we wont be back.
A comfortable, good location hotel with decent staff. Toby on the doorstep, Aldi not too far away for provisions as is an Asda Express to get petrol.
Downsides, which need updating are shower curtains (remember them)!, no place to store toiletries in the bathroom, sockets with USB needed and a WiFi that doesn't kick you off (SWMBO didn't realise and used up her data allowance one evening upon return).
Can't comment on breakfasts as we don't partake. Parking is easy.
