Jack and Sharon made sure our breakfast was on point and couldn't do enough for us.. very friendly and welcoming... highly recommended... well done guys..

On our arrival and check-out, the Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was extremely clean and fresh, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast staff, Chris and Jack, were so helpful. The continental selection was plentiful with a good variety, and the cooked breakfast was brilliant.
We will definitely stay there again when we visit family in the area, and would highly recommend to others.

Well what can i say 10 - 10, me and my partner spent the weekend here. And was over the moon with our room , very clean great bed and everyone had a smile with the hotel staff. we had breakfast on 2 mornings and we could not fault the service with Sharon and Jack , they make your morning in my opinion , cant fault them both. the breakfast was 10-10. Les and Chris do an excellent job in the kitchen.Well done to everyone on reception , if you need a few nights away around newcastle area, i can highly reccommend this hotel. thanks guys keep up the great work

We have stayed in the hotel several times now and cant rate it high enough for value and service , tge staff are always pleasant and helpful . Tge breakfast is always freshly cooked and generoys and the staff at breakfast , Jack , Sharon and les cant do enough for you , a great way to begin yiur day
Room tip: Theres a toby carvery next door and parking is plentiful
