Stayed in the newly renovated premier plus room . Room all new and fresh . Reading what to expect on the internet the room I was in didn’t meet the criteria Not quite what it’s sold as !! No coffee machine . No fridge no complementary water on the whole sold a lemon !
Excellent stay staff on site went above and beyond especially the receptionist called Janice and the gentleman in charge of breakfast
The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishments on the middle floor (between 8am and 6pm), which is currently out of use.
First time at this particular Premier Inn. Very comfortable with cheerful and friendly staff. Very comfortable. Happy to use it in the future.. Good access to the road system to get around.
Stayed for one night with my wife. Had a slight noise problem but this was rectified immediately by the receptionist Tracy who was very efficient. Although the hotel does not have an evening restaurant breakfast is available. The Toby carvery opposite was very good value.
