My visit here was the best ive had at any Premier Inn. I dont know where to start?!?

I’d been given a newly refurbished room and i was the first guest to stay in it, it was very nicely done!! It had a hairdryer and body wash. The sleep i had in that bed was one like ive never had before, i need the name of that mattress. It normally takes me 2 days to settle into a bed and actually get a good sleep but this one sent me right into a deep undisturbed sleep.

There were USB ports and plugs everywhere so i didnt struggle to charge my phone or do my hair in the morning - very convenient!!

The best thing about staying here was the friendliness of the staff. I want to give credit to the lady receptionist (we checked in on 15th July around 7pm) was great in providing my father and I food recommendations and was so helpful. The breakfast restaurant staff were great too they made me feel so welcome and it didnt feel forced, i can tell that they work with their heart - all staff mentioned above are a credit to this branch.

If i ever come to newcastle again i will definitely be staying here without a shadow of doubt

We had an overnight stop here and thoroughly recommend it. Friendly staff and very clean. Excellent breakfast service by Sharon, think that was her name, and if we're in the area we'd definitely stay here again. Only blip was that the wifi isn't great but that's only a small thing.

The welcome on arrival was warm, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff were excellent particularly as I'm diagnosed Coeliac. The cutlery was washed separately and the food well prepared and hot. Nothing was too much trouble.
