There was lots of space for the 2 couples, with large rooms and extra beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was nice and helpful. We were able to wander around the farm house, including seeing the sheeps and cows and other farm equipment around.
The house would suit a large group given the number of beds available. Eaglehawk Neck is an interesting place to stay if you are visiting the Tasman Peninsular and has some interesting local sites around beautiful Prirate Bay.
You need to be prepared for the basic amenities given this is a very old house and it has the look and feel of the old family homestead, which the family has left to move into a newer property.
