Lovely little vineyard and cellar door. Tasty offering from the kitchen enjoyed in the afternoon sun. A little overpriced.

Great view, hidden gem.

The wine is good, the platters are a great way to share a lunch.

Take good friends and enjoy some sunshine.

Stopped by for lunch and had a lovely lunch and wine tasting. Hostess was friendly and knowledgeable about wines on offer. Sat in enclosed outdoor area and enjoyed a share platter full of Tasmanian cheese, salmon, meats, olives nuts and fruits. Lovely presentation and good quality produce on plate. Other drinks available for non drinkers and a very pleasant cup of tea enjoyed. After the meal strolled around the picturesque grounds and sat for a while enjoying the surroundings and watching the birdlife. Very pleasant couple of hours relaxing.

We were originally planning to stop at the adjacent winery, the oldest in Tasmania, but it was closed, so we came here, on a cool & wet morning. We were glad we did. (The fellow giving the cellar door wine tasting advised that the owner of the other winery was sick.) We were the only ones there, apart from the 2 staff. The winery is off the beaten track, so an absence of visitors mid-week on a rainy day wasn't all that surprising.

We enjoyed the wine in the cellar door wine tasting and bought a few (some were on special, always an attraction for me). We had a look at the leaning church - there really is one. And we decided to stay for lunch. Options were limited, but we both chose the quiche with salad and it was quite tasty. The price was very reasonable. Some other people arrived for lunch as we were leaving.

What a beautiful drive to Lalla this afternoon, so we dropped into this gorgeous little vineyard with the most cutest little church and cafe for a wine tasting with some great food. Perfect setting for a wedding with beautiful grounds to wander around, just stunning. Great wine, food and sensational platters to compliment their local produce.
