Completely charity funded animal rescue project, successfully caring for and rehabilitating back to the wild injured Tasmanian Devils and other native wildlife. Excellent guided walk around the area with one of the staff, with chance to see Tasmanian Devils, wombats, deer, eagles.

The joy my kids got from feeding kangaroos and wallabies was worth the entry price alone! A couple of the bigger kangaroos who got a bit pushy trying to get fed scared my six year old daughter but they were not aggressive.

We went for the tour of the feeding of wombats and Tasmanian Devils. A must do as the information you receive from the guide is first class. Well informed, knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife.

My 11 year old son said he would love to work there!

Visit the park for getting up close to some classic Tasmanian and Australian animals. We did the tour which was informative and great for children. The unexpected bonus was the kangaroos continuously racing around the park like a horse race.

We had an enjoyable visit to this site in early september.

Having spent a week on Tas we had driven past a number of sites promoting their "Devil Experience" but we were glad we left the visit to our last day as this was a true Tasmanian experience.

Despite the rain the visit was very enjoyable and the american guide was really good and had all the key facts to hand. It was great to be able to stroke the devil which was cuddled up in the guides arms. It was equally as fascinating a few minutes later to see a pack of the devils do what they do best whilst feeding.

Don't be fooled though, it isn't just the devils, there's plenty of other animals as well as the kangaroos who were so tame it was beyond belief. Seeing joeys in pouches just showed how unique Australian marsupials are.

The site isn't the largest and nor is the collection of animals, but it is a great venture, helping to rescue and rehabilitate animals and species. You have every confidence that the money is going to the best cause and it is so important that animals such as the devils and the quolls saved for generations to come.

Had an amazing day at Trowunna Wildlife Park. Feeding the free range kangaroos and bird life was incredible. Such friendly animals that aren't scared of you.
Andy was an amazing tour guide who knew his stuff and had so much compassion for the animals he worked with.
The highlight of our day was definitely getting to have cuddles with Wattle the Wombat.
