We were told about this cute little bistro type restaurant. The Pastry was to die for and so was the coffee.

Going through town and saw the sidewalk sign. Small selection of baked goods but it was pick your own. Found a nice apple fritter. Healthy - it had apple in it!!!

My friend and I, on the advice of a local resident, had dinner here last Saturday evening. It was great! Love the street food theme. The menu reflects many different cuisines as a result. We went the 3 dishes for $19.99 choice and had a difficult time deciding what to order since everything looked appealing. We ended up sharing:

Israeli Salad--chopped veggies with amazing falafel
Thai Glass Noodles and veggies
Mexican Sausage and corn

All three were wonderful. We also each had a glass of the house Chardonnay--very good. Nice that they have a liquor license.

Our local friend told us the story of how they started the restaurant. It's a good one. Ask someone to tell you about it if you eat there.

We were delighted to find this excellent spot, with fresh food, nice atmosphere and very friendly owners. The Hummus was one of the best I ate in the US so far. The salad was made of fresh vegetables. The falafel was fresh too, but a little too stiff. The family also liked the shishlik (skewer). The shakshuka (tomato-sauce fried eggs stew) was nice, it could have a little bit of an edge to it. The bread was very good, baked in the place. (Try those square pitas..)
The chocolate impanadas were home made and delicious. The coffee was very nice, though I always prefer a good espresso/latte over black drift coffee.
It was a refresher from what we usually face when we travel around in other places that lack fresh food.

This little place certainly aims high, featuring cuisine from a number of different countries. But alas, the food I tried fell far short of really good...in fact, average or slightly below. The service is extremely friendly and the kitchen is lightening fast, but there are better choices I'm town.
