Nice, clean place to eat lunch. We went about 12:30 pm, so right at lunch time, and it was pretty packed but we got our food quickly. If you have ever ate at Panera, its the same as anywhere else. Staff was friendly and food was good.

My kids love going to this place. Their dessert is pretty tasty and I guess sweet enough to attract all my kids =)

Great as usual! Daughter loves the cinnamon crunch bagel and turned out so did her friends. Everyone was able to get something they wanted.

I have been to quite a few Panera's. They are all the same over-rated establishments. Look at my other reviews on them and you will see I have a bent against them. However, we had another gift card to blow so we came here on a very cold Feb Saturday evening at 7 pm.

Not very busy, but. Nearly every table was filthy and needing attention. They did admit to getting slammed as they were out of nearly every soup and no bread bowls were available.

My wife and I both got chicken noodle soup and it was like warm and thin on everything except broth. Here is the deal...She got a cup, I got a bowl. Both got a chunk of bread and I alone got a medium soft drink. Our bill was just under $14.

People were friendly and kind. I would give it one dot but there were not 6 ft cockroaches running around and the food, while overpriced, did not send me to the ER. Hopefully no more gift cards and no more visits to Panera.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Waited in line forever, even though the place wasn't busy. Waited for food forever, even though the place wasn't busy. Trash cans were overflowing while cashiers just stood around. They were out of tea, we informed the manager who got tea bags & said he would brew more. 30 minutes later, still no tea. Asked a crew member who said they were out. Not true, we saw the tea bags - someone just decided they didn't feel like making more. With at least 5 more Paneras in a 10 mile radius, I would choose one of those. This place is mismanaged, employees poorly trained and don't give a rats bottom about customer service. Skip it.
