I was meeting my son's family for dinner and searched TripAdvisor to try to find a hidden gem. In this particular area, you can find almost any chain restaurant that your taste buds desire, but the local mom-and-pop joints have all but disappeared. What a happy moment to find a well-reviewed burger joint that lives up to the hype!
We were here on a week day in the late afternoon. The server was patient and attentive to us first-timers, taking her time to explain the various options. She even carried my 1-year-old granddaughter around to look at all of the cow artwork while we looked at the menu.
The owner began with a food truck (may still be operating) and focuses on high-quality ingredients. Being a burger joint, the cow artwork is appropriate and adds to the casual feel of the place. Many beer options are available, too.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced! They were able to accommodate my preparation requests and also offer vegetarian or gluten-free options. We were really impressed and look forward to our return visits. Keep up the great work, Bones!
