Here's a business tip...don't hang up on customers because you want to get out before closing time. If you don't want to take orders at 9:30 because you are closing at 10pm, put that information on your website or explain that in a cordial business manner. The owners need to train/re-train/re-re-train their employees. Unfortunately, this is Mount Sterling and these aren't the most motivated folks you'll meet. This is the Fourth of July weekend whereby many visiting Deer Creek State Park have made them exceptionally busy. So owners, and anyone wanting to understand business, hire more, hire better, work longer on a holiday evening and you'll have a more prosperous business without annoying customers. (Incidentally, I would highly recommend Tammy's Pizza in Grove City. We called after this snafu and although they were closing at 10pm AND we had a 20 minute drive, they said they'd wait until we arrived. THAT'S customer service! Who wouldn't become a loyal customer for that?)
