We enjoyed our stay in this vrbo home and will be back!
Pros: large, clean, very tastefully an lavishly decorated home, Spacious, many massage devices and curios available, big screen tv in spare bdrm and in great room, nice fake fireplace in master bdrm, three living areas (lvrm, extra dining room with easy chairs and great room), patio w grill, elliptical machine, HUGE washer/dryer in basement, super helpful owner. Photos online don't do it justice! Close to biking/hiking trails, great shopping nearby. Super comfy great room couch and dining room off kitchen also had a love seat with dining room table. A hard to leave house! Great for executives and older couples, adults.
Cons: House is set on a main road, but far enough back that street noise, while loud, wasn't too bad at night. (Our sound machine covered it well.) No garage or car port, no hot tub, only jets only in regular size bathtub in master bath. Patio is in the front of the house, not back, so even though you are set back from the street, it is odd to be facing traffic. No back patio at all. For wheelchairs, once inside the house you can navigate fairly well and walk in shower is great but needs handrails installed. Getting up front steps or steps from great room to dining room would be difficult. (A ramp would be needed.) Decor may be too nice for small children or pets.
If this house had a pool or hot tube we would never leave. :)

In the 20 years I have been visiting Toledo in the summer this is the first time I have ever found a house rental that lets by the week. This home is everything it claims to be and more. Finished to a high standard, well chosen design and decor, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Lena was an excellent manager and was so attentive to our needs. Thanks for everything!
Located just off I-475 in Sylvania, this beautiful home on two wooded acres was the perfect find for our one-night stay in Toledo. Easy access to everything on the west side and close to the shops and restaurants on Central and Monroe, but secluded and relaxing with no one sharing a wall or shouting in the hallways. I had no idea it existed until I had problems finding decent hotel rooms on a Saturday night for three adults - then stumbled on this and could not have been more pleased. Beautifully appointed and well kept, it was clean, comfortable, and cheaper than getting two rooms at a nice hotel. Lena was delightful to work with and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Two thumbs up.
