The hotel was amicable as always. We stay there every year because of the service and the rooms. The staff is always professional, courteous, and willing to assist us with all of our needs. I enjoy my stay and will use this hotel again.

I just came home from the liquidation sale at the Ramada on Secor Rd. Went through several rooms and corroborated the poor review of other guest. Their are shadows of the glitz that was the Sheraton when it opened. Now it looks shabby close up. Carpets in most rooms were filthy. The carpet in the hallways were worn and dirty. The fixtures are dated. The hotel has a musty odor probably from mold build up. What puzzles me is that they are replacing the structure with two separate hotels. Have the engineers of this plan devised a better way to get in and out of the new facilities? Hope so. Otherwise you will have a major problem with traffic. What's with all of these hotels springing up on the same area? Is this a throwback to when Toledo started putting drug stores on every corner? There are no real "attractions" in the area. Seems like a waste of real estate.

Other than the staff this was one if the worst hotels I have stayed in over 40 years After walking down a long dingy hallway through another door with another dingy dirty hallway I arrived to my room The desk chair was so dirty I couldn't imagine sitting in it. The bedspread comforter was all lumpy I asked for anurger room as was given an upgrade however back in the sane area. Thus room was a little better. I would not suggest staying at this hotel

Room was comfortable. Breakfast very good. Hotel is beautiful but older and room furnishings were shabby. Difficult to get into from Secor especially when traffic is heavy. Staff very friendly.
