We had a wonderful weekend. The room was extremely beautiful. I loved all the antiques in this B&B. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about Guthrie and things to do. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs Benedict with bacon, fruit, blueberry scone, coffee and juice all was very good. He even makes his own butter. We will definitely be coming back.

Charming place but the reviews we read before booking were with former owner. Breakfast was not a five course by any means and no juice available. Small half pepper with scrambled eggs and a few pieces of fruit and coffee.
The toilet ran throughout the night and service was not very professional. Nice guy but not worth the price we paid at all and we travel a lot. Would not stay again.

This is the best B & B I've ever stayed at....beautiful historical building plus very clean and great charming people that run it, they go way above and beyond their duty to help you with whatever your needs may be! The build has be remodeled and is beautiful....thankful to a place that has a lot of history behind it and the owners want to keep it as original as possible! Can't say enough good things about the owners and the building!

Larry and Michelle are attentive and professional hosts. We were greeted with flowers and sparkling juice and chocolate for our anniversary! The room had a comfortable king bed and wonderful high ceilings! You can step out the door and be in the heart of downtown. Did not use our car once we arrived. Breakfast was a five course flavor festival. Sweet and savory. Highly recommend!

The rooms are spacious and delightful. There is a sitting room that several rooms exit onto, which is a great place to have get togethers between several families. It has stuff for coffee and tea, although the small kitchen is being renovated right now.

The seven course breakfast was amazing!! I was stuffed for the rest of the day, even though the courses were small. It took two hours for breakfast. We had a lot to talk about though, so it seemed to go fast.

Room Tip: I've stayed in the same room both times and had no complaints, so I'm not sure.
