My sister booked this hotel. It was clean, the staff and guests were courteous, and it was as expected. There’s a breakfast in the morning. I didn’t have it because I was rushing out ; I cannot recommend/disparage the food. There are restaurants nearby and it is down the road from OU.
Felt like it was very much a hotel operated to "company expectations". Nice stay, but nothing spectacular. Biggest disappointment was loud humming from apparent AC unit below us. Location is really good with several places to eat and shop close by. Pricing for game day seemed high.
Pretty simple.. comfortable beds. Hot water. Clean sheets... and the bonus is a decent breakfast with good coffee to start the next day. Watch out for the orange juice. (Tasted weird to me)
Coolest thing was the pancake machine that spit out pancakes after you push a button!
Bad part? They has gravy but no biscuits
For the price it was very good but not a 5 Star hotel.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to a group of 20 of us who stayed and had a meeting there. The lobby is very inviting and open. The conference room was very nice, meeting the needs of our small group. The breakfast was very good, including official Cinnabons. The rooms are beautiful and VERY quiet. So comfortable and restful!
Stayed the night at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norman while on a road trip heading to Iowa. The hotel appears fairly new. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room, we had a King Suite was large, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast area was large, good choice of food and again excellent staff. Highly recommend a night here.
A very nice stop on the way to Texas. Very clean and comfortable with nice beds and pillows. The staff was quite friendly. The breakfast had plenty of offerings and was decent. Over all a good experience. I highly recommend it.
