This is a big and very busy hotel next to the highway, built over five separate buildings in a motel style. Four of the buildings are rooms only - ours was two floors with no lift/elevator and was around 100 yards from reception building and restaurant, but there is plenty of parking beside the building. Our room was a reasonable size, with large bed and seating area. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The aircon was good and the shower pretty good.

Breakfast was taken in the main restaurant, with a voucher being given for hotel guests who had a reasonable but not outstanding buffet in a separate room. The food was tasty and unlimited.

Overall, a decent hotel, would stay again.

We pass this way once a year and always stay here. Rooms are immaculate and front desk personal are friendly and efficient. Bkf is above average buffet in restaurant. Outside areas are so very beautiful with many hanging and basket flowers mixed among the greenery.
Pleasant and restful visit.

This is the best value and service I have received as a Military Member in over 15 years. It is refreshing as a military member to get a room that was very clean, everything worked, and the food in the restaurant was great

BW Sun Ridge is one of our favorite places to stay. Sun Ridge is convenient, easy to locate from Highway 84. Sonny's lounge is connected to the motel. Great food & beverages. Beautiful pool. BW motels have always been consistent with cleanliness & friendly service.

My wife and I drove a great distance to witness the total eclipse and we would camp somewhere in or near Baker City. We had a hunch all hotels would be fully booked and they were but a few businesses were price gouging as was this hotel. They advertised that rv spaces were available so we inquired. They wanted $300/night just to park on there lot and have 110v as hookup or $200 just to park. We did some looking around and found a camp ground wanting $50/ night for no services which we thought was fair for just showing up. Ultimately we paid $20/ night at the high school to camp in town and they offered showers. I understand the economy is about capitalism but this was above and beyond, in my opinion. We will return to Baker City and will spend our money in their great little town but we will never stay at this hotel.

PS everyone in Baker City that we dealt with that weekend were fabulous and helpful, with this exception. Shame on you.
