Our friends, who had eaten here before, suggested this spot for our couples night out while visiting Bend. All eight of us were excited and even though we couldn't get a table reservation before 8:00pm, we all were just absolutely delighted with the ambience and food and wine and drinks. The service was impeccable and the dining was something you'd expect in a large city.

We all ordered an appetizer or salad and, I have to say, I usually stick to what I know, and that night I tried the bone marrow and was pleasantly surprised for thinking "out of the box" for myself. The bone marrow was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The amuse bouche was an amazing chevre served on mission figs and we all wished we had more to sample.

The evening went by way too fast and we even got to go into the kitchen to say thank you to the chef and the kitchen staff for making our night out in Bend so special. Our waiter had a great knowledge of not only the menu but of pairing wines with foods which only added to our enjoyment of the entire evening.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope I get to return one day. Reservations well in advance are encouraged and recommended.

We went our for a late evening dinner to celebrate our son's birthday. When we arrived for our 8 p.m. reservation, our table had not cleared yet. The staff was amazing. They set us up outside under a heater with blankets. Brought out menus. We ordered drinks. As soon as our table was ready, they came out to bring our drinks in, and warmly welcomed us. I was incredibly impressed with their care and concern. We learned about the restaurant, their food, options.
Everything was delicious, especially their use of local mushrooms to complement the food. But I must say, the most amazing part of the meal was the chocolate dessert. Save room, share with others, but don't pass it up!

We trek to Bend once a year and found this place last year and enjoyed it so much it was a must for dinner. We had our same table on the patio, and the warm evening made it a perfect choice. We opted (again) for the prix fixe, (only available if the whole table gets it and changes regularly) and it was excellent! The amuse bouche was a tasty Mission fig with some chevre; first was a burrata, tomato and basil leaf salad (we sent word to the kitchen that as tasty as it was, we all wanted more sweet basil leaves in the future!), followed by a perfectly seared scallop in a table-poured cauliflower bisque, which was superb. Next was the seared tuna on a bed of risotto which was most wonderful and fresh and we finished the savories with some perfectly cooked filet mignon slices with lightly crisped mitakes (there were other one, but we forget which). Dessert was Firestone peaches and cream with a nice, flaky biscuit in the cream. They offer a very nice selection of wins by the glass, half and full bottles – very reasonably priced. This year was a significant step up from our time here last year, which was also excellent; many more polished edges. We would be remiss to not give high marks and kudos to our waiter, who was professional, polite, attentive but not obsequious, knowledgeable and took pride in his work – a rare event in the US and even more so in Oregon; he was the best waiter we’ve had in our short 10 years in Oregon. Reservations well in advance are recommended. This place is a must if you’re in Bend. We’ll be back…

We had a lovely meal at Ariana. This was a high-quality restaurant that one would expect in a big city. The food was delicious and the presentation was thoughtful. Service was attentive as well. Would recommend.

Another delicious evening at Ariana. Our favorite items of the meal were the carpaccio (serious yum), the harissa shrimp, the soup (ALL soups here are wonderful), the pork chop, and the scallops(seared perfectly). Paired with a great cocktail and excellent wine, the meal was superb. Also, Ben, our waiter, was excellent and fun to talk with :-).
