Where to begin.. We are not people who generally complain but I must share our experience to warn others of the lack of professionalism. Ashely is a young waitress who needs her leadership to help her understand what adequate customer service is. Let’s start with adequate and move towards good. We were ignored, treated disrespectfully when ordering our appetizer, and had to ask the owner for our bill because Ashley wouldn’t even look our direction. We had planned to eat dinner there but left after the appetizer due to the lack of professionalism from Ashley. We called a different Resturant in Brookings who were considerate and helpful, such a drastic difference. I do hope that Ashley gets the training she needs to be a successful waitress.
