The woman who checked us in was friendly. The motel is conveniently located in town. The carpet was badly stained. It took over 2 hours to heat the room. The toilet did not work. Old fashioned tv and regular key to get in. Other than that, it was just fine.

Good sized room, comfortable bed and a clean room. Equipment is okay for self catering and plenty of car park space if self drive. Friendly staff. enjoyed our stay here, good value. would stay here again if in the area.

We booked our hotel at Captain John's to be able to clean and cook our crab we caught on the pier. It was a clean, quiet and friendly place to stay. Not fancy but clean. The restaurants in the area are in walking distance. There are many gorgeous places to visit and take pictures of the Oregon Coast.

This motel was fine, the room was big enough, and cool enough and it was located well in Charleston with restaurants and grocery close by. Sadly it doesn't do breakfast but apart from that we had a nice stay!

Staff was nice. Walked across street to annex. I didn't know car plate number. Pick up room phone did not work. Used my cell. The room appeared usable excepted the not so nice spots on faded old, very old bedspread Did not match room. The refrigerator was barely cold. Tv was old huge square thing. No guide to give you a clue of what was where. Now that you heard every b it of good I could manage. Here goes the rest. The bathroom window frame not in any direct water had multi colored mold all around. shower was clean except the door. , mold Every it could be. Then for the floors very nice tile. Not clean. Got out of shower and dried off was clean. Pick up walked around Sat on bed. The bottoms of my feet dirty. We were at a 3 way Intersection .sounded like we were in the middle of that street room. Smoking in t he door ways to rooms drinking. Coming and going all night. Sign said no smoking 10 feet astray 6 inches from our door. Do not expect anything but an awful stay if you have a dog. He didn't even bark slept on his pad. We were right there we had a dog. Only good to come from this stop Portside Restaurant oh my gosh great fresh food. Not cheap it good.
