This is a great little motel! My wife and I stay here for three nights near the end of October. It’s a pretty small place, and it’s easy to miss. However the rooms were exceptionally clean. The stay was pleasant. It does have some unique older style charm. We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased. I would be happy to stay there again if we’re ever in the Florence Oregon area.

A clean, well-kept motel which also has cabins. Our room had plenty of room. No breakfast provided but a convenience store is right across the highway. Units are back from the highway far enough for minimum traffic noise. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Desk staff provided helpful hints on beach access.

First off it was online at $91 per night but when we got there late on a Friday the 2 night stay was suddenly $279. So either it costs a fortune to have the dog stay or the whole reservation system was iffy. If you are going to stay, I'd book through Booking.com or something that guarantees the price.
The owners are very tightly wound! There are signs with rules EVERYWHERE.
The room was clean and accessible to Florence

The Park Motel, just off the highway north of the Honeyman Memorial State Park and just south of the bridge into Florence proper, is a throwback to quieter times. We rented cabin 4. The knotty pine walls were decorated with local crafts and art. A comfy, old, padded Barcalounger reminded me of my grandfather. A small table and two chairs sat next to a window looking out over a small, grassy backyard and the neighbors a street behind. The bathroom had been redone and features a shower with a rain shower head. The room and bath were clean and comfortable.

Walls were thin. We could hear the television from the neighbors next door, and the occasional rumble of a voice, but this did not bother us. You can also hear road noise if you listen for it. We hunkered down in the comfortable bed and had a good night's rest.

The owners run a tight ship, wanting to make sure we parked in our designated space, but also gave us friendly advice about the best place for breakfast in the morning, a tip well worth the price of admission alone.

If you prefer modern, antiseptic hotel rooms, the Park Motel is not for you. It's quaint, charming, and delightfully peaceful, a throwback to less stressful times. We'd stay here again.

The rooms are nice and clean. However, ther are two drawbacks:
First, the noise from the Hifhway nearby. That might be okay for American,
but not for European ears.
Secondly the landlady is watching closely,
everything which is going on at her property.
That has advantages and disadvantages at the same time.
