Shilo Inn and Suites is an ideal hotel for airport convenience. It is a dated hotel which has been well updated over the years. Extremely spacious rooms, comfy beds- two tvs in our suite. Spotlessly clean. We stayed here two nights- one at arrival and other before departing after a week touring in Crater Lake and northern CA. Excellent restaurant food. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast and vouchers for wine. This is a very wise choice. Don't think you'll be disappointed. We would definitely use again.

My daughter and I stayed the night here because we had a very early flight in the morning. Checking in definitely took a very long time, but we got vouchers for a complimentary continental breakfast for the next morning, which was available beginning at 5am. Our room was huge, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it was a very decent space to stay. It was a mixture of older, outdated items, like a box TV in the living room and a newer flat screen in the bedroom, plus updated décor in the bedroom and shabby wood veneer shelving in the bathroom. A little weird, but a good place to stay. WiFi was free, which was also a bonus. In the morning we got a free shuttle ride to the airport, which saved us a taxi fare. I would stay here again in the future.

this hotel gave me there is bad experiences in one visit. First the workers have a terrible attitude to their customers and took forever to give us a room. They as well took forever to give us towels and when they finally did they gave us attitude as to who got the towels. Then the pool had dirt in and was filthy in general. Not only that but the rooms for the family and pets or infested with fleas. My poor dog never had fleas until we came to that hotel. And also the vending machines only excepted credit not debit or cash and we were thirsty to get something to drink from the vending machine. The workers put themselves over their customers and that is not appreciated. NEVER staying there again.

We were fine with this hotel. We arrived early and they let us check in, although the desk staff wasn't very friendly our first day. We booked a room for 6 people and it only had two queen beds, so we had to wait awhile for a rollaway. The pool was very nice. Our kids got a kick out of the bathroom phone. A nice little kitchen area. Lots of tv's. Good breakfast at the restaurant. Great airport shuttle driver.

We had an old and shabby room. Short sheeted bed, using top sheet as fitted sheets. Ended up on gross mattress, since sheet and bed covering came off. Bed cover from 80's, that would be 30+ years old. Ripped carpet, broken table legs, rusty shower shelves. Flat tiny pillows (went to Target and bought my own.) Box spring clearly visible and stained. This place was just gross. Crossing Shilo Inns off my list. Finally, AC was like swamp cooler, really muggy and moldy feel to room.

I apologize for the unsatisfactory stay and we are working right now to update the amenities in our rooms here. This is not representative of our high Shilo Standards and I assure you that the room will be in much better condition soon.
