We were generally happy with our food and service and the cost was moderate. I thought the coq au vin was too untraditional. The room is roughly as charming as a barn.

A great space in downtown Oregon for a very nice meal with special friends or business associates. Great farm to fork menu and great cocktails, wine list, beers. A small bar....get reservations as this place is very popular.

Nice Restaurant for romantic, friends and family. Service was nice, food is good, price not high. advance booking is preferred. I like the foie gras and the duck breast. There are few public parking nearby.

The effort is admirable but too many flaws make their way into the meal for a restaurant at this price point. $18 for a very ordinary glass of wine seems excessive.
The selection of charcuterie was under seasoned pork rillettes and smoked duck breast sliced translucently was served in less than a half ounce portion for $6.50. (Graciously deleted from the bill). Pork brisket ( what's wrong with beef brisket?) was mostly fat and way too sweet, mysteriously served with dried apple chips that were like eating cardboard.
Now the good points, good sized portion of seared foie gras went well with a glass of house Sauternes. Excellent bread and butter. Desserts were uninspiring sounding and not ordered. Assistant manager Bryon was very helpful but could not overcome the kitchen's shortcomings.

Located downtown providing a relatively small setting for delightful food. We started with chicken liver pate that was pleasing to both eye & palate. I had the soup-du-jour ...a cream garlic soup with a few pieces of smoked salmon floating on top - a great starter. Entrees were smoked duck (marvelous); lightly fried fish (topped with fresh dill) - a great selection; and mushroom risotto that was good. A dozen tiny macaroons provided a super finish (the last six appearing in uploaded photo). Michael provided excellent service and we're ready to return.

NOTE: street (metered) parking was available
