There are about 30 food carts here and we have tried about half of them so far. The variety isn't too bad, but you will see a good amount of asian food type of carts. We've tried some of them and they were just okay in my opinion. To me, their menus are pretty similar. But maybe I didn't order the right thing...I don't know. Keep in mind, not all the carts are open everyday. It's always good to look online, I think the website has the times each cart is open and days.
We like to try a different cart each time we go, so we know which ones to hit up and which ones to avoid. The best by far to me is Best Taste of India and Brother Express. In fact just yesterday we ordered a chimichanga from Brother Express that was $7 and it was so big, the two of us ended up splitting it and saving the other food we bought for later. It was very delicious too! We also got a teriyaki chicken plate from Thai Mango that was $9 and I have to say the only thing good about it was the sauce. The chicken itself had a weird taste, like maybe it was freezer burned. It was very chewy.
Baked N' Boned is a new cart that just opened. Their food sounds really good, but we haven't had a chance to try them yet.
