Higgins has been a favorite of ours for several years and this visit was no exception. We were seated within minutes of our arrival and our waiter explained all the evening's specials. We both chose the petrale sole. It has always been a favorite but the way it was prepared this evening was exceptional. It was rolled and then sautéed in a blood orange butter sauce with basmati rice and broccoli with watercress. It ranks as one of the best meals I have had.
