overpriced pancakes...the potato pancakes were greasy and tasted like old oil. this plave was a let down. The corn beef hash was OK but that's about it. plus the fact you have to use an ATM on site to pay if you don't have cash is really annoying. expensive breakfast with little appeal.

This is not your typical Village Inn or IHOP, this is a for real pancake house. Everything is made in house and it’s so fresh. A huge variety of pancakes as well as other breakfast entrées. The pancakes are so light and fluffy and delicious, huge portions. It’s a rather small facility so plan your arrival times well as there could be a wait and I don’t think they take reservations, but I could be wrong. We most definitely will go back again.

Glad I had some.

Buttermilk Pancakes were fine. They got my buddies egg order wrong but they brought out the right eggs pretty quickly. I ordered mine over medium and they were over easy.

I thought the service was prompt.

They have been in business since the early 50’s so they must be doing something right.

It is an interesting, funky Portland place. Pretty busy for a Thursday morning.

VIsited the OPH to Celebrate a birthday. It had been about 25 years since the last visit. Somethings never change and this restaurant hasn't since the 50's when it opened. It's a cash only restaurant. The food is good but expensive considering. It's a pancake house- flour, eggs, milk, and baking powder. The coffee is served in a cup that contains no more than 4oz. so your continuoslly requesting a re-fill. The cost of breakfast for 3 # 53.00 plus a tip... definetly not worth the MonEY......

Well we stopped in this morning prepared for a long wait typical for Saturday morning but were Suprise's with only a 30 minutes?

The building looks the same as it did 30 years ago and gratefully the Apple pancake was just as I remembered, awesome!

Turn time on the food and the tables makes for a short wait and meal!

It was a wonderful walk down memory lane!
