My mom (with my two large dogs) stayed here for a night over the weekend. It was a bit pricey but I am guessing it was due to the weekend and also there was a fiber conference/workshop that weekend as well. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We were in bungalow D which was close to the dog area. The breakfast buffet has plenty for selections. The morning we were there there were hot items of waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs. There was also a a selection of breads and fresh fruit. You could make instant oatmeal and there were also cold cereals, granola and yogurt. It was nice to gain entry to the Oregon Garden. It's lovely. I would stay here again.

NevadaSoulTrain,

Thank you for staying with us! We're happy to hear that you and your mom were able to enjoy a weekend and bring the pups along too. It's great you found your room clean and quiet and the breakfast selection good! We hope the weather cooperated enough for you and the dogs to explore the Garden. We're looking forward to your next return!

Thanks,
Sara

The measure of a first class establishment is not how it functions when everything is right but how it functions when there is a problem. Oregon Garden Resort could teach classes in crisis management.

I made reservations in January and confirmed the night before an April stay for a working weekend at an event. I said I needed 3 beds for 3 adults in a handicap accessible room. They heard bedding for three adults. When we arrived after a 6 hour drive and 3 hours of setting up for the event, I checked in, went to the assigned room and found two beds. Called front desk, I was less than pleasant. Front desk explained the resort was full, but they would try to find a solution. I called the reservation center and was lucky enough to speak to the women who made the original reservation. With in a few moments we figured out the misunderstanding. She was a model for how to handle irate customers. Before I finished that coversation, housekeeping had brought us a "bed" without the bedframe. Problem solved. Gold stars to the establishment.

Read all the other 1800 plus reviews. They mostly say the same thing. This is a lovely place to enjoy nature's gift to us.

Barbara,

We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the bedding/beds, but are so glad the situation was figured out quickly. Thank you for being patient as our staff figured out a solution. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and had a great weekend working your event. Even though you are 6+ hours away, we do hope you'll visit us again soon for a mini vacation or if you're just passing through!

Thanks!

We loved staying here. The gardens are wonderful. We recommend the tram rides as the guide offers a lot of interesting information.
The rooms were nice. The breakfast was great with many options.
We certainly hope to return.

Can’t say enough great things. Great room. Great grounds. Beautiful wedding venue. Great night life in their lounge afterwords. Huge hot breakfast included in stay and Beautifully maintained pool area and that doesn’t even touch down on the gardens which are a must see!

We came midweek and avoided the crowds and got a bargain price. The stay includes free access to the garden which lets you in before the general public. The rooms are very cute and the landscaping is like an extension of the of the garden. The buffet breakfast is included and was outstanding with real China and flatware. We will be back.
