I had a gift certificate for the restaurant that I wanted to use. I had been there previously, but usually go to another diner in town for breakfast with friends. The attendant had gotten our table ready for six people in a timely fashion. There were specials on the side wall when we first walked in, but our waitress never mentioned the specials to us (not everyone had noticed them listed on the wall). I had the swiss, mushroom, bacon omelette special with home fries, toast, tea (or coffee) and juice. Food was good, but I could not taste the bacon. The home fries were much improved from my last visit. I thought that the cost was a bit pricey, but the omelette could have fed two people. So I had 1/2 an omelette for the next morning breakfast too. Service was good. The parking lot is crazy and most people park around the back down by the post office. They do offer some breakfast items that are different - banana, pumpkin, or walnut pancakes, pumpkin waffles.
