I am not hooked on Subway but I eat there about once a month because it'e consistant, inexpensive and convenient. Their $5 foot-longs are a pretty good bargain especially if you are trying to avoid the fatty foods at the other fast food chains. Sure, I can order from the "value" menu at Mc-Wendies style fast food places and get a lot of food for $5 but I am also loading up on deep-fried foods and burgers that really pump up the calorie count. The Subway workers don't seem as enthusiastic as the other fast food chain workers but they do their job, always wear their gloves and deliver a consistant (if not exciting) sandwich.
