This is a great place for a quiet, casual lunch, especially if you enjoy light fare. Their salads are great - fresh, with a good assortment of greens and accent vegetables - and they are large and filling. The ambiance is nice, and there is an outdoor eating area - albeit a very small one - in the back. Very pleasant in the summer.
The only real negative - and for some people this is a big one - is that in order to get into the cafe, you have to go through a narrow outdoor corridor of sorts between the cafe and the adjacent building. I went to the Back Door Cafe last summer with a friend who is mildly claustrophobic, and that 20 or so foot walk was very unsettling for her.
The price is comparable to the larger chain restaurants, with better food and better atmosphere, so I'd have to call this a good value for the money.
