Warm soup for a cold and rainy day! Visited here with two of my children who are not fast food fans. The lobster bisque was very good. The assorted bread topped with olive oil was perfectly awesome! My son enjoyed his grilled cheese and the french fries that came with it were fantastic. The atmosphere was quaint and the service very friendly.

We had the pleasure of their soup at the preview night at the Mercer Museum, and it was great. We decided that we had to try the place for lunch. It was a Tuesday and at 12:30 the place was packed for lunch. We each ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and soup. Both orders were different. When the waitress delivered our food she was not sure which was which. She thought that the soup and sandwich were mixed up so she changed the sandwiches. After a couple of bites we realized the mistake and made the switch back. The soups (tomato and butternut squash) were very good, but luke warm at best. The sandwiches were very good as well. My wife's sandwich had to be returned because both sides were black from being burned. When the new sandwich was delivered to our table it was just placed on the table. No mention about "Sorry for the mishap" or anything similar. Both waiters did not interact with any of the customers. This was the first restaurant I have been to where the waiter did not stop by and ask how was everything. They did not ask anyone. We would return again and give it a second chance. Perhaps we were there on a bad day and/or at a bad time.

Have been here in the past and loved it. Tonight, NOT so much. The lobster mac n chest was dry as can be with a miniscule amount of lobster. The halibut special was very overcooked. Fish was tough and dry. We did speak to our waitress about these issues and told her we were all repeat customers but were very disappointed this time. While she was very nice and apologetic, no manager or chef addressed it with us or adjusted our bill in any way. We won't be returning there again.
