The rooms were clean, the pool was great for our kid, everyone was polite - there was a full breakfast. The rooms were a little tight but the beds were comfortable. We were 20 minutes from Hershey Park and would definitely go back.

This property employs the absolute rudest, nastiest, most unaccommodating staff. The two women who work the front desk in the hospitality industry should be fired!! Our entire travel baseball team “had” to stay at this property since it’s a “preferred” Future Stars tournament hotel. These women made it their mission to make our stay and our teams’ stay miserable!! Every single thing the boys did was a major issue. From playing in the pool and passing a football, to using the hotel computers, walking in the hall or sitting in the lobby every moment was met with this one women in particular who made it her mission in life to follow them around and scold them with parents standing by. It was insane, the entire group by the end of the weekend called this property the hotel from hell and the land of “NO”! Parents were warned of being evicted within hours of checking in!! Another fun fact was as I sat in my room with a broken leg after a long day (while my husband was with the boys) and called the front desk for an extra blanket I was told I can have one if I come up to the front and get it. Never in my life have I had to walk to the front desk to pick up a blanket. Ever and I honestly wouldn’t have cared if they weren’t so incredibly nasty about it!! You’ll can follow our children around and can’t bring a guest with a broken leg a blanket? Something is seriously very wrong here!! Do us all a favor and do not participate in hosting out of town young kids travel teams groups anymore. I leave this review to save any other groups and families from a miserable stay.
