The food was delicious. My dad is 75 and a picky eater. Ate his entire prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans and salad ($17) with not a crumb left. Our party of 5 liked everything and the price was right. Will definitely go again.

Great food, great drinks(homemade sangria!!), great atmosphere & friendly locals!! This place has it all! They have a calendar of specials, live music, patio seating, jukebox & the best prices! Always a Friday or Saturday night favorite. They also serve lunch!

We stopped in on the 13th of Feb. as guest of some friends. We were lucky to get a seat even on Tuesday night. That says a lot about a place. The food was just the best and the server had a cute smile, very polite and patient. We live in Tennessee and rest assure when we visit our friends again one of the nights for supper and drinks will be spent there, Thanks for the Pittsburger,, John

We were lucky to have arrived at the time we did on a recent Saturday afternoon- just before 4:00, because shortly afterward, the entire dining room was filled and people waiting (apparently they have a Saturday night special on Prime Rib which starts at 5:00).We tried one of their 5 offered homemade soups - it was ham and bean (not traditional, but with green beans, not white beans) - very tasty. I had a reuben with coleslaw vs. sauerkraut -> nicely sized bread, but a tad light on content and dry, especially at the outer edges of bread.
I LOVED the homemade potato pancakes !! they come with applesauce and sour cream.
I may revisit on a non-busy day and special-request them to make a potato pancake reuben (2 large potato pancakes stuffed with corned beef, coleslaw, swiss cheese, and some thousand island dressing/reuben sauce).
The staff all work as a team and are always nearby asking if you need anything! If you have a large group, I would call ahead if not able to make a reservation. There is also enclosed (outdoor) seating area. I know they also offer live music on weekends sometimes. Good Luck- live long and prosper !!
