This past weekend, my 7 year old son had his birthday party at Splash Lagoon and we were 18 people in our party. The room in which the party was held was a poor excuse of a room, it was actually depressing. They had put to tables together and the table cloths were not matching and there was a big rip in one of them. No balloons and there was a dry erase boards with another kid's name on it and they never bothered to change it. The ice cream cup I had ordered were never served even though I asked for them plus we had to wait for the pizza for 15 minutes. We had made reservations for a specific time. The people working in the party just looked miserable and the service was terrible. Save your money!

I'm not a fan of complainers and whining, but our experience there was terrible. Not only was there 7 gazillion people there, with a few immature, selfish adults and kids both pushing our kids out of the way to get an inch farther in line on a water slide, but the chlorine was complete overkill. Within 2 minutes, my cheeks felt like acid had been sprayed on them, and 5 out of 6 kids had a reaction (red spots, itching, pain) from it. Another patron also had their belongings stolen, including cash and credit cards (thanks to the jerk(s) who emphasize how unsafe we all are). We stayed an hour MAX the entire stay. Had more fun in the hotel pool the first night.

The hotel (EconoLodge) was disgusting - smelled, the vent (a/c) made the most horrendous loud noises that we thought they were going to either 1. explode or 2. we would die of carbon monoxide poisoning). It also had "prizes" under the bed, like a rotten apple core, a jelly bean, wrappers, and our one adjoined room had a CURTAIN in place of a freaken WALL for the shower (NOT JOKING)...how on Earth can anyone take a shower where they can reach their right arm out the wall and touch the pull-out sleep couch??? The next day, the pool was down "all day" for MAINTENANCE - "sorry for the inconvenience, swim at a sister hotel" was all that was said.

On our 2nd morning, the kiddie pool was wrapped with yellow crime tape and was closed all day with no explanation and no refund. Worst customer service ever. Too DIRTY, MOLD, MOLD AND MORE MOLD, sound system is torture, 20 minute wait to get into a pool, too crowded, way smaller than expected, everyone is hacking from cholrine, and not one parent was smiling because they can't believe they paid all of this $ for a nightmare .3rd day both boys 3 and 6 had PINK EYE we left very very disappointed.

Visited on 4/18/10 for Spring break. We decided to buy the day passes for $39.95 each PLUS $5.00 handling fee. Where to begin? Understand that this is an attraction but OMG way over priced. Two teenage boys found this park a snooze fest. They have "limited seating" so dont plan on sitting close or even in park. The water slide lines were confusing. Up to 3 lines in no order going up crowed, unorganized stairs. Nothing was marked reguarding which line to get in for which slide. After getting in one line the lifeguards made you go down the slide you didnt even want. Waiting in line for 35minutes for a 1minute slide on top of that. The so called "lazy river" WAS NOT a river at all. It was more like 50 yard loop. Over crowed, total boring, bluh. Most of the waterpark was dedicated to LITTLE KIDS. Only thing for teenagers were the slides (5) and well thats it. The kids did do the Tree Top Ropes Course, an additional $9.00 for 30minutes. It was so hot they didnt even finish the 30minutes. The course is postioned right above the hot tubs so it was really hot up high. However, it was ONE thing they could do. We had lunch there $42.00 for 3 people. 2 Cheeseburgers, 1 chicken tenders, 3 fries, 3 drinks, 3 waters, 1 pretzel. It was actually good food. The locker rooms where semi-clean. Recommend flip flops.DO NOT GO TO THE SO CALLED ARCADE. RIP OFF RIP OFF. Instead of tokens you are given a stupid credit card. Each game requires so many credits, equivalent to $1.00 or more per game. They dont tell you this when you purchase credits for the card, so after 8 games BYE BYE credit card. Total of 8 games was $10. We will not be going back. Oh parking bad also. On a nice note, thank goodness we live the same distance to better, more fantastic, waterpark attractions that blow this out of the water. Haha

We took our 10 yr old daughter to this indoor waterpark and we all had a fun time. This is a well run facility with something for all family members. The temperature of the air and water is just right. We went at an off peak time (after 4 pm) and it was not too crowded. My daugther was a bit hesitant at first to go on some of the slides but after a bit (not much) of thought she had me running up the stairs to the "Cyclone", "Big Kahuna" and others almost more than I could keep up with. You will likely need to rent a locker, take the bigger one, it is worth the extra few dollars. We would return here for sure. Have a family fun time.
