In town with my family for a wedding and needed a place that has some vegetarian options. While Savona didn’t have your typical Italian menu and it wasn’t an extensive menu, it has enough of a variety to make everyone happy. Everything we had was very good, from the Burrata to the Fried Artichokes. The Agnolotti del Plin and Braised Beef Short Rib was also very good. The Funghi Pizza was ok, but not expecting pizza to be their specialty. The Chocolate Gelato Brownie dessert was excellent. The prices are on the high side, but I’m ok with that since the quality was there. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Fine dining restaurant with excellent food. Service was attentive and discreet. Food came out of the kitchen quickly. Ordered an appetizer and two plates came out - bonus for us. We were celebrating a college graduation and had presents - they concluded that we had a special occasion and brought out cake for dessert. Had the Dover sole. Excellent. The wine list was extensive and prices were reasonable. The valet parking was appreciated.

Celebrated a college graduation this weekend, group of 7, made reservations ahead of time for this special occasion. They sat us early but the table was in the bar area! Very loud and not what we had in mind for a special occasion. The hostess got the manager and he was able to move us to the porch area and we had a lovely dinner.
Everyone enjoyed their meals. The Dover Sole was DELICIOUS!

It took us 20 minutes for somebody to even come to our table. We got there at 8 o’clock ordered a salad and pizza and by 9 o’clock we were not even served our salad. The people to the left of us had sent their food back because it was not cooked. The people to the right of us were complaining that their food was cold. After an hour and a half we finally got our cold pizza which was on edible. When we complained to the manager he didn’t seem to care and made no attempts to offer us anything. They could’ve taken a glass of wine off of our bill or offered us dessert or something. Nobody seem to care if we were served or not. $180 we spent for two salads, tuna, and one pizza. With only a few glasses of wine I find this outrageously expensive and have no plans to return.
I was so disappointed .

We went here for a quick dinner, and they were accommodating about fitting us in on a busy night. Service was very attentive and good. The food was fine, but a bit scant, given the high prices. But the restaurant was as noisy as any I've been in, even in the "quite" room we were thoughtfully put in. For that reason alone I would not go back. Also, parking is tight, but there is a valet (required). Still, it took about ten minutes to retrieve the car when we were leaving.
