We stopped at this hotel on our way up to NY and I'll say it was probably one of the nicest affordable hotels I've ever stayed in. Granted it was an "extended stay" hotel but still....everything was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. We brought our dog and it was only a $10 pet fee. The room was spotless..as was the bathroom...and both were up to date. The view was awesome the next morning as the hotel looks over the valley below. Yeah, no breakfast and it would have been nice but there are some options up 81 in Wilkes-Barre which isn't that far. My only complaint was that the queen bed was pushed against the wall...but it wasn't a massive deal. The rooms were quiet and well insulated so you didn't hear anything or anyone else. A bit tricky to find once you get off the road only because it looks as if you are turning back on to 81 almost. A great night sleep...no complaints and I would stay here again on my next drive. They even have an "honor" system snack bar.....you just pick up something, fill out a slip, and pay for it on check-out. Yogurt, ice cream, chips etc. were there for the choosing and the prices were extremely reasonable for a hotel.

Room Tip: Just ask if you can have a view of the valley.

Wanted to try another "new" hotel while traveling throught the area; again, I should've stuck with my favorite. Price at this hotel was cheaper, but you can llcearly see why- staff seemed to be bothered by everything, the hallway/lobby area and room had a damp/musty/moldy odor, and even found traces of mildew/mold in the corners of the wall and ceiling, Cupboard not stocked with anything, for a place that doesn't offer breakfast.....Cupboard not stocked with anything. No pool area Should've done more research....

So clean and comfy; we have a 10 month old and normally I'm a neurotic mommy worried about letting him crawl around and get dirty on the floors but these rooms were so great and clean that I had no problem letting him explore the room.
Beds were so comfy and we had a great nights sleep.
Beautiful views!!!
Wonderful price!

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Great value for the money. This hotel is not easy to find. We had 2 GPS units (Garmin & Android) and both directed us to wrong highway exit. The hotel sits perpendicular to highway and near the highway ramp. Ask for room furthest from highway ramp - rooms 521 and higher - for less noise from trucks.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel en route to our destination and were delighted. Our room was perfect: a wonderfully comfortable bed, a great and fully stocked kitchen with a pergo floor, and a fantastic bathroom. We reserved a suite with a single queen bed and especially liked that the room wasn't the typical long/narrow hotel room; it was square and cozy, feeling more like a master bedroom than a hotel room. Our room had an amazing view and the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We would *definitely* stay here again.

The only negative we can say is it can be a little tricky to get to it even though it's right off the interstate; Google Maps placed it a few blocks on the other side of the interstate, and even when we figured that out and spotted the hotel on the correct side, we missed the turn, which is quite easy to do. Our recommendation: call the hotel and follow their directions. Someone did this as we were checking in and the front desk clerk gave excellent, clear directions.

We were driving through and looking for a comfortable place to stay that was dog friendly. This fit that bill perfectly. They were accomidating to dogs, and it was clean, modern and comfortable. It was nice that the rooms include a full size fridge, microwave and two burner stove top. It allowed us to throw together something quick in the hotel room, and not have to leave our dog by himself. I would recommend this hotel to anybody that is looking for those things.

We decided to stay at this hotel mainly because we were planning to go to Knoebels Park.
This was our 1st time staying at this hotel. The room was very nice and had a mini kitchen, It had a fridge, sink, granite counters, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It came with cups, utensils, pans. It's great for a longer then one night stay. The beds were also nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Our room was on the top floor (5th) and the view was great! They have washer's and driers in the hotel that you can use free of charge, you just need to buy your own soap.

All and all, the hotel was great for the money. I would have like to stay more then one night, and will go back there again.
